How far in advance should I book?
The engine takes bookings up to a few hours ahead when cars are available, but for an early-morning departure, a holiday weekend or a group vehicle, book as soon as you know the flight. Corporate accounts have a direct line for same-day changes.
Can I book a return trip in one reservation?
Yes. Add the return leg when you book and both are confirmed together. The departure pickup is planned backwards from your check-in cut-off, and the chauffeur drops you at your airline's departures door, not the general curb.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes - rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats, installed before pickup. Add them at booking so the right car is assigned; a Luxury SUV is usually the sensible class for a family with a stroller and luggage.
What is included in the price?
The chauffeur, the vehicle, curbside pickup at the terminal, sixty minutes of airport waiting, bottled water, and all tolls and airport fees. Gratuity is at your discretion unless a corporate account has fixed it.
Do you go outside Toronto?
Everywhere in Ontario with our own fleet - Hamilton, Niagara, Waterloo Region, Barrie, Muskoka, London, Kingston, Ottawa and the US border airports. Other provinces and other countries are arranged through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network of vetted operators.
Is the booking secure and can I change it?
The reservation engine takes payment on a secure page and emails a confirmation. Changes and cancellations follow the terms shown at booking; corporate accounts can amend by phone or email at any hour.
