Why a limousine company publishes traffic boards
Because the chauffeur's advantage over every other car at the airport is information: which road is stopped, which bridge is backed up, which terminal the flight is at, what the toll road costs. We watch these feeds for a living, and there is no reason a passenger should not see the same screens. Each tool ends where the chauffeur's day begins — the reservation engine, which quotes a fixed fare with the toll, the bridge and the waiting inside it.
The live traffic board reproduces the Ministry of Transportation's Ontario 511 events for the corridors a Pearson transfer uses, with the timing by hour the feed cannot show. The border board reproduces the US Customs and Border Protection waits at every Ontario crossing, with what each bridge is like. The 407 calculator uses the published 2026 fee structure to answer what the toll road costs a private driver per trip, month and year. The terminal finder answers the question every Pearson booking begins with.

How the boards are built
Our server fetches the public feeds — the Ontario 511 event API and the CBP border-wait feed — caches each for five minutes so that the public services are not overloaded, and the page reads the cached copy; nothing about the visitor is stored. If a feed does not answer, the page says so and links to the source. The calculator and the finder are static, built from the published figures and checked against them.
Reading the boards as a chauffeur does
For a departure pickup: the traffic board at the hour of pickup, and the corridor the transfer uses. For an arrival: the board at the hour you land. For a cross-border run: both boards, because the QEW to Fort Erie and the Peace Bridge itself are separate delays. For any run in the commute windows: the 407 question, which the calculator answers for a private driver and which the chauffeur answers with the toll inside your fare.

The fare is set by address and vehicle class when you book — no surge on the arrival wave, no meter on the detour, no gratuity added.
The flight is tracked
A delay moves the pickup instead of costing the car; 60 minutes of waiting are included on international arrivals, 30 on domestic.
Met at the door, not a bay
Pre-arranged pickup at the arrivals door is included; a name board inside the hall is the add-on. No ride-share zone, no taxi queue.

Questions, answered
Are the boards free?
Yes, with no account and no advertising. They reproduce public feeds with a short cache.
Do the boards work on a phone?
Yes — they are the first thing on each page and are built for a phone screen; many passengers read them on the aircraft's Wi-Fi.
Where does the 407 rate data come from?
The 407 ETR's published 2026 rate schedule and fee structure, linked on the calculator page; the operator's chart resolves any single trip exactly.
Do you plan to add flight status?
Flight tracking is already inside every booking — the pickup follows the aircraft — and the airlines' own pages carry live status. A public flight board for Pearson is being considered.
Can I embed a board on my own site?
Not yet; ask by email and we will consider it for corporate accounts.
