The Travel Desk
The chauffeur is the first and last hour of a trip. Everything between — the flight, the hotel, the resort week, the tour, the rental car in the middle days — is on BookingWorldwide.net, our partner engine. Search it here, book it there, and let the same team arrange the car at Pearson.

What is the travel desk?
The travel desk is the BookingWorldwide.net search engine placed on every page of this site. Choose a tab — stays, flights, resorts, activities, packages or car rentals — enter the destination and dates, and the search opens on BookingWorldwide.net where the booking completes with live prices and instant confirmation. The chauffeur tab brings you back to the reservation engine on this page for the car at Pearson. Two engines, one trip.
We built the desk because the airport transfer is never the whole journey. A family landing at Pearson has a hotel booked, or has not; a business traveller in Toronto for a week has a flight home to change; a couple doing the Niagara wine tour wants a night in Niagara-on-the-Lake; a guest at the Royal York wants a resort week in the Caribbean after the conference. BookingWorldwide.net handles the far end — every airline, hundreds of thousands of hotels, resort weeks, tours, packages and rental cars — and the chauffeur handles this end. Booking both through the same desk means the flight number on the transfer is the one that was actually booked, and the hotel on the drop-off is the one that was actually reserved.

The six tabs, and what each is for
| Tab | What it searches | The Pearson angle |
|---|---|---|
| Stays | Hotels worldwide by city, dates and rooms | Book the Toronto hotel here, then the transfer to its door on the hotel-chain pages |
| Flights | Every airline, any route, any cabin | The flight number goes straight onto the flight-tracked pickup |
| Resorts | All-inclusive and resort weeks by region and style | The departure transfer to Pearson is timed to the charter's check-in |
| Activities | Tours, tickets and experiences at the destination | Toronto activities pair with an hourly chauffeur |
| Packages | Flight + hotel bundles priced together | Group packages pair with the group shuttle |
| Car rentals | Self-drive at any airport or city | Rent for the middle days; the chauffeur collects you at the rental return |
The seventh tab, Chauffeur, is this site's own booker — the fixed-fare, flight-tracked car at Pearson with curbside pickup included and meet and greet as an add-on.
Destinations with a direct door
BookingWorldwide.net publishes dedicated pages for its most-booked destinations — Cancún, Punta Cana, Las Vegas, New York, London, Paris, Rome, Tokyo, Dubai, Bali and ninety others — with the flights, hotels and activities for that city on one screen. When you type one of those cities into the Stays or Packages tab, the desk opens that destination page directly rather than a blank search. The list is the engine's own; for anywhere else the search opens on the general results.

How the two bookings fit together
- Search and book the far end on BookingWorldwide.net — the flight, the hotel, the resort. You receive the engine's confirmation with the flight numbers and the hotel address.
- Book the chauffeur in the reservation engine with those flight numbers and that address. The fare is fixed for the exact door before you pay; the pickup is tracked against the airline's live data; sixty minutes of waiting are included on international arrivals and thirty on domestic.
- Add the return on the same booking, timed to the outbound flight's check-in cut-off at the right terminal — the terminal finder settles which.
- Change either side and tell us. A rebooked flight moves the pickup at no charge; a changed hotel changes the drop-off address and the fare is re-fixed for the new door.
Companies put both sides on a corporate account — the travel booked on BookingWorldwide.net under the company's account, the ground transport invoiced monthly with the traveller and cost centre on each line.
Who uses the desk most
- Visitors to Toronto who have not yet booked a hotel: the Stays tab, then the transfer to the door.
- Ontario residents flying out: the flight and the resort week on the desk, the departure transfer timed to it, and the pickup on return.
- Corporate travel managers who want one place for the flight, the hotel and the car.
- Wedding guests flying in from three countries, booked on the desk and met at Pearson through the wedding transport plan.
- Cross-border travellers who fly into Buffalo on a cheaper fare found on the Flights tab and are collected there through the cross-border service.
Why BookingWorldwide.net
BookingWorldwide.net is the travel engine of the network this company belongs to — the same group behind LimousineWorldwide.Directory, through which our chauffeurs meet clients in 59 countries. It runs on a live inventory platform with the airlines, hotel wholesalers and resort operators behind it, prices in Canadian dollars, and confirms instantly. It is not a referral link to somebody else's site: bookings made there are supported by the same people who answer this site's phone, and a problem with a flight and a problem with a chauffeur go to the same desk.

What the desk does not do
It does not book the chauffeur — that is the reservation engine on this page, and the two are kept separate so that the car's fare is always fixed by this site's own rules. It does not hold prices: a flight fare on BookingWorldwide.net is live and changes as seats sell, exactly as on any airline site. And it does not replace a travel agent for a complex multi-city itinerary; for that, contact us and the network's agents build it with you.
Toronto Pearson as the hub
Most trips booked on the desk begin or end at Pearson, and this site's Pearson complete guide is the reference for the airport itself — terminals by airline, the arrivals halls, the pre-arranged pickup areas, the live highway board for the drive in and out. Flights into Billy Bishop, Hamilton and Buffalo found on the Flights tab connect to the same chauffeur service through their own pages.
Choosing a Toronto hotel from abroad
The Stays tab returns hundreds of Toronto hotels, and the ones worth choosing depend on the trip, not the star count. For a conference at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Front Street hotels — the Royal York, the InterContinental, the Delta — are a five-minute walk and a thirty-minute chauffeured drive from Pearson. For an early flight out, the Dixon Road hotels beside the airport are ten minutes from the terminals and the airport-strip route page explains which run shuttles. For a family week, Yorkville's hotels put the museums and the subway at the door; for a night before a Niagara day, a Fallsview hotel saves the return drive. Each of the hotel-chain pages gives the door and the drive time for the properties we take guests to most, so the hotel chosen on the desk becomes a transfer with no surprises.
Resort weeks and the charter calendar
From November to April the most-booked thing on the desk is a resort week — Cancún, Punta Cana, Jamaica, Cuba — on a charter or a scheduled flight out of Terminal 3 or Terminal 1 before dawn. The transfer that matters is the departure: a 6 am charter has a check-in cut-off around 4 am, and the departures page explains how the pickup is planned backwards from it. Families with a stroller and a week of luggage book the luxury SUV; two couples travelling together book the Executive Sprinter; the accessible and family page covers the child seats fitted before the 3.30 am pickup. On the way home, the pickup is tracked against the inbound charter, which is often late, and sixty minutes of waiting are included on the international arrival.
Car rental or chauffeur: the honest split
The Car rentals tab exists because a chauffeur is not the right answer for every day of a trip. A visitor spending a week between Toronto, Niagara and Prince Edward County is better served by a rental car for the middle days and a chauffeur at each end: met at Pearson and taken to the hotel on the first night, collected at the rental return and taken to the terminal on the last morning. A business traveller with three days of meetings in the core needs no car at all between the two transfers. A family going to a Muskoka cottage for a week usually rents, unless the cottage host has a car waiting, in which case the Muskoka route is the transfer. We say which is cheaper when asked; the desk makes both easy to book.
Groups, incentives and the package tab
Incentive trips, sales-conference weeks and team offsites are booked on the Packages tab as flight-plus-hotel bundles, and their ground transport is the group shuttle: a manifest of arrivals across several flights, Sprinters and mini coaches at the Pearson curb, one movement to the hotel, and a coach for the venue days. The organiser books the travel on BookingWorldwide.net under the company account, the chauffeurs on this site's corporate account, and receives one invoice for each. Wedding blocks work the same way through the wedding page: the guests' flights and rooms on the desk, the airport pickups and the shuttle loop on the day arranged here.
Activities in Toronto, and the car that goes with them
The Activities tab is mostly used for the far end of a trip, but it lists Toronto too — the CN Tower, the Hockey Hall of Fame, the ROM, the Blue Jays, the Niagara day tours. For a visitor with tickets to three of them in two days, the hourly chauffeur is the car that fits: one chauffeur, one vehicle, the tickets in your phone and the car at each door. For a game night, the event transportation page explains the pickup at an agreed door after the final whistle.
Travel desk: questions answered
Do I pay PearsonAirportTransfer.com for the flight or hotel?
No. Flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rentals are booked and paid on BookingWorldwide.net, our partner engine, with its confirmation. Only the chauffeur is booked and paid on this site.
Does the search on this page hold my dates and destination?
It carries what you typed to BookingWorldwide.net and, for the engine's ninety-nine featured destinations, opens that city's page directly. The engine's own search then completes the booking with live prices.
Can the chauffeur booking use the flight I found on the desk?
Yes — enter the flight number from your BookingWorldwide.net confirmation when you book the car, and the pickup is tracked against that flight's live arrival.
Is BookingWorldwide.net part of the same company?
It is the travel engine of the network this company belongs to, alongside LimousineWorldwide.Directory. Bookings there are supported by the same team that answers this site's phone.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes on BookingWorldwide.net for Canadian customers, and the chauffeur fare on this site is always in Canadian dollars.
What if my flight booked on the desk is changed by the airline?
Tell us the new flight number and the pickup moves with it at no charge. Every airport pickup is flight-tracked, so a delay on the day needs no call at all.
Can I book a resort week and the airport transfers together?
Yes — the resort on the desk, then the departure transfer to Pearson timed to the charter's check-in and the return pickup, both on one chauffeur booking.
Can I book a rental car for the middle of the trip and a chauffeur at each end?
Yes — that is the most common combination for a week that leaves Toronto. The chauffeur meets the flight and takes you to the hotel; the rental covers the middle days; the chauffeur collects you at the rental return for the flight home.
Is there a fee for using the travel desk?
No. The search is free, BookingWorldwide.net charges no booking fee on top of the airline or hotel price, and the chauffeur fare on this site is fixed by address and vehicle class.
Does the desk work on my phone?
Yes. The tabs stack and the search opens BookingWorldwide.net in a new tab, so this page stays open for the chauffeur booking afterwards.
