Terms of service

Fares are fixed for the pickup, drop-off, date, time and vehicle class booked and include tolls, bridge tolls, airport fees and sixty minutes of waiting on international arrivals (thirty on domestic) on airport pickups counted from the aircraft's actual landing time. Waiting beyond the included period, additional stops and changes of vehicle class are charged at the rates shown at booking. Cancellation windows and charges are shown on the reservation engine before payment. Hourly bookings carry the minimum shown at booking and overtime is charged to the next full hour. Passengers are responsible for their own travel documents on cross-border trips; a trip ended at the border by a refusal of entry is charged in full. Services in provinces and countries outside Ontario and the United States are performed by independent network operators under their own terms, confirmed in writing before departure. Distances and times on this site are approximate planning figures. Vehicle makes are quoted as "or similar"; the booked class is guaranteed.
