Pearson Airport Limo & Black Car Service
fixed fare, flight-tracked, met at the door.
Chauffeured transfers between Toronto Pearson and every address in Ontario, the United States and, through the network, 59 countries. The fare is fixed before you fly; the chauffeur is at the terminal when you land.
- Fixed fareThe price the booking engine shows is the price you pay. No surge, no meter, no surprise at the curb.
- Flight-trackedGive us the flight number and the pickup follows the airline's live arrival time - early, late or diverted.
- 60 / 30 min free waitSixty minutes of complimentary waiting on international arrivals and thirty on domestic, counted from the moment the aircraft lands.
- Curbside pickupPickup at the terminal door is included in every fare. Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall with a name board is a paid add-on.
Fixed fare shown as you type, instant confirmation. Trouble with the form? Call 1-877-508-3344 and we will book it with you.
Every province and territory
Ontario with our own fleet; the other twelve through vetted network operators who meet the flight the same way.
One fleet, every kind of trip
Airport transfers are the core; the same chauffeurs and the same fixed fares cover the hourly day, the corporate account, the wedding and the long drive.
Four steps between the gate and the door
Terminal doors and meeting points are the airport authority's own; we just make sure you never need them.
- 01
Before you land
We are tracking the flight number you gave us against the airline's live feed. Early, late, diverted to Hamilton - the pickup moves with the aircraft, and you are not charged for delay the airline caused.
- 02
At the door
Curbside pickup is included: the chauffeur is at the GTAA pre-arranged pickup area outside the arrivals hall - Terminal 1 near Door A, Terminal 3 by the arrivals exit - and texts you the door and the plate. Add meet and greet and the chauffeur waits inside the hall with a name board instead. Sixty minutes of waiting are included on international arrivals, thirty on domestic, so customs queues are our problem, not yours.
- 03
To the car
Luggage taken, a short walk to the pre-arranged pickup point or the short-term garage. You never join the walk-up taxi and limo queue at Door C or Door E, and you never explain the address.
- 04
To the door
The quote you saw at booking is the fare. The chauffeur has the live traffic picture across the 401, 427, QEW and Gardiner and will tell you the honest ETA before the car moves.
Six things a rideshare, a taxi or a walk-up limo cannot promise
The honest comparison — including when Uber is the right choice — is on the airport comparison and the Toronto-wide comparison.
Fixed before you fly
The fare is set by address and vehicle class when you book — no surge on the arrival wave, no meter on the detour, no gratuity added.
The flight is tracked
A delay moves the pickup instead of costing the car; 60 minutes of waiting are included on international arrivals, 30 on domestic.
Met at the door, not a bay
Pre-arranged pickup at the arrivals door is included; a name board inside the hall is the add-on. No ride-share zone, no taxi queue.
The vehicle you chose
Sedan, premium sedan, SUV, Sprinter, stretch or coach — sized to the passengers and the bags, with child seats fitted at no charge.
Anywhere in Ontario, and across the border
Two-to-four-hour fixed fares with the stops included, Buffalo and Detroit on the cross-border service, and a chauffeur who knows the last road.
One invoice for the company
Corporate accounts with standing profiles, monthly invoicing and a name board for every visiting client.

Road distance and typical off-peak time from Terminal 1, approximate. The reservation engine prices the exact address.
What a Pearson airport limo from this company actually is
A pre-arranged chauffeur — not the walk-up line at the curb and not a rideshare bay at the far doors. You book online with the flight number; the reservation engine quotes a fixed fare for the exact address that includes tolls, airport fees and sixty minutes of waiting on international arrivals (thirty on domestic); the chauffeur tracks the aircraft and is inside the arrivals hall with your name on a board when you clear customs, at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, at any hour.
Toronto Pearson is Canada's busiest airport, and the walk-up options it offers are good ones: the GTAA licenses the taxis and limos in its curbside lines and sets their zone rates, the UP Express runs to Union Station every fifteen minutes, and the hotel shuttles loop the Dixon Road strip. All of them are built for the passenger who did not book. This service is built for the one who did — the business traveller whose company wants a fixed fare on one invoice, the family landing at midnight with six bags, the visitor who has never seen the arrivals hall, the Kitchener or Barrie resident who does not want to drive the 401 after a red-eye, and the group of fourteen who would rather arrive together.
Fixed fare, flight-tracked, met at the door: the three promises in detail
The fare is fixed. The engine prices your exact address, date and vehicle class and shows the figure before you enter a card number. Inside it: the chauffeur, the vehicle, curbside pickup, flight tracking, sixty minutes of waiting from touchdown on international arrivals (thirty on domestic), all tolls including the 407 when the chauffeur uses it, the GTAA's pre-arranged pickup fee and taxes. It does not change with traffic, weather, surge or the length of the customs queue. The flat-rate page explains how it compares with the curbside zone rates.
The pickup follows the aircraft. Give us the flight number and the chauffeur's timing moves with the airline's live arrival — early, late or diverted. Sixty minutes of waiting are included from the moment the wheels touch, which covers a normal international clearance at Pearson; if the queue runs longer we tell you before any charge applies.
The chauffeur is at the door. Curbside pickup is in every fare: the car at the GTAA pre-arranged pickup area outside the arrivals hall — Terminal 1 near Door A, Terminal 3 by the arrivals exit — with the door and the plate sent to your phone. Add meet and greet and the chauffeur waits inside instead, beside the pre-arranged desk at Terminal 1 or in the Terminal 3 hall by baggage claim, with a name board and the luggage handled. The pickup page shows both meeting points door by door; the Pearson complete guide shows everything else.
Where we go
Everywhere in Ontario with our own fleet — downtown Toronto in thirty minutes, Niagara Falls in ninety, Kitchener-Waterloo, Barrie, Hamilton, London, Muskoka, Oshawa and Durham, and 57 cities on the Ontario list. Across the border to Buffalo, Detroit, New York and anywhere in the United States, with passports at the bridge and the toll inside the fare — the cross-border page explains it. And, through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, met the same way at the arrivals exit in 59 countries.
Seven airports on one booking
Pearson is home, but Billy Bishop on the island, Hamilton, Waterloo, London, Buffalo and Niagara Falls NY are on the same engine with the same standard — including the airport-to-airport connections no airline organises, run with both flight numbers and timed to the inbound arrival and the outbound check-in cut-off.
The fleet, briefly
Six classes, quoted as "or similar" because the car assigned is the nearest of that class to your pickup: the Executive Sedan for one or two travellers, the Premium Sedan for the executive, the Luxury SUV for six with five suitcases and a child seat fitted at booking, the Executive Sprinter for fourteen, the Stretch Limousine for the occasion, and the Mini Coach for thirty-two. The fleet page has capacities and photographs, and the engine only offers what fits the passengers and bags you enter.
Departures, planned backwards
The ride to the airport has a deadline that is not yours to move, so it is planned from the airline's check-in cut-off — three hours before an international departure, two before domestic or US pre-clearance — plus the drive for that hour and a margin, confirmed in writing, with the chauffeur at the door early and the drop at the departures door of the right terminal. The departures page has the timing table; the terminal finder tells you which terminal.
The screens the chauffeurs watch, published
Live Ontario 511 highway events for the 401, 427, QEW, Gardiner and 400; live US border waits at every Ontario crossing; a 407 toll calculator on the published 2026 rates; and the terminal finder. They are the reason the fixed fare can be fixed, and there is no reason a passenger should not see them.
Corporate accounts
One profile holding the company's travellers, cost centres and vehicle standards; assistants booking by reference; travellers met by name; every trip on one monthly invoice with the traveller, the flight and the fare, and the chauffeur's name and plate on every confirmation for the duty-of-care file. The corporate page describes it; universities, hospitals, law firms and the airport-strip head offices are the typical accounts.
Members of the network, and what that means for you
We are members of LimousineWorldwide.Directory, the worldwide directory of chauffeured operators, and LimousineAssociation.International, whose standards on licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle inspection and chauffeur conduct we commit to and publish on the network page. The first is how a Toronto client lands in Frankfurt or Dubai and still finds a vetted chauffeur waiting; the second is the standard you cannot check from the back seat, checked for you.
Both terminals, door by door
Terminal 1 is the Air Canada and Star Alliance building: departures on Level 3, arrivals on Level 1, the pre-arranged pickup desk near Door A where the chauffeur waits, the UP Express station and the Terminal Link train beside the hall. Terminal 3 is everyone else — WestJet, Porter's Pearson flights, Air Transat, Sunwing, British Airways, American, Delta and the rest — with arrivals on the carousel level and the chauffeur in the hall by baggage claim. The terminal finder tells you which; the complete guide tells you everything else.
Why a limousine company publishes traffic boards
Because the chauffeur's advantage over every other car at the airport is information. We watch the Ontario 511 events, the CBP border waits and the airline feeds for a living, and there is no reason a passenger should not see the same screens. Each tool ends where the chauffeur's day begins — the reservation engine, which quotes a fixed fare with the toll, the bridge and the waiting inside it.
Booking in two minutes
Enter the pickup and the destination, the date, the flight number and the party; choose the class the engine offers; read the fixed fare; confirm. The confirmation email arrives within a minute with everything on it, and the chauffeur's name and plate on the day. Changes are a reply or a call at any hour; flight changes are free and the pickup follows the aircraft. The book page has the engine at full height; the contact page has the phone and the email for anything the engine cannot do.
The routes people search most, and what each page tells you
Downtown Toronto: five ways compared, the Gardiner by the hour, where the chauffeur stands. Niagara Falls: train, bus, shuttle and private car compared, the QEW by season, hotels and wineries. Kitchener-Waterloo: the 401 by the hour and the parking arithmetic. Barrie: the 400 by the calendar and the 3 am departure. Hamilton: the Skyway question and McMaster. London: two hours of 401 by section. Billy Bishop: the two-airport connection. Muskoka: fire numbers, groceries and the Friday 400. Oshawa: 401 or 407, decided at pickup. The airport hotels: which have shuttles and when the private car is worth it.
Standards you can hold us to
Every chauffeur holds the commercial licence and the GTAA's pre-arranged registration; every vehicle carries commercial insurance, passes Ontario's livery inspection cycle and runs winter tyres from November; every confirmation names the chauffeur and the plate; every figure on this site is checked against the operator's own page. We do not publish a rate card, invent reviews, claim vehicles we cannot supply, or add anything at the curb. The about page says the rest.
Built around the airport, not bolted onto a limo company

Pearson airport limo
A limousine at Pearson can mean the walk-up line at Door C, a rideshare app, or a chauffeur who was inside the arrivals hall before you cleared customs. This page is about the third kind: what it costs, how it works at both terminals, and how to book it in two minutes.
Details
Flat-rate fares
Every car at Pearson claims a flat rate. The airport's own taxis and limos have one; so do we. The difference is what is inside it — and what happens to it when the flight is late, the Gardiner is closed or your address is one street outside the zone.
Details
Limo to Pearson (departures)
The ride to the airport is the one with a deadline that is not yours to move. Here is how a departure pickup is timed from the check-in cut-off, which door the chauffeur uses at each terminal, and why the fare is fixed before the car leaves the base.
Details
Airport transportation
Every way to and from Toronto Pearson, from the free train to a fourteen-seat Sprinter — and the three chauffeured formats we run: the point-to-point transfer, the hourly booking for a day with stops, and the group vehicle. Which one fits which trip.
Details
Private airport shuttle
The shared shuttle stops for everyone else; the private one stops for you. Sprinters and coaches from the arrivals hall to the hotel block, the wedding, the tournament or the conference — one vehicle, one fare, everyone arriving together.
Details
Airport pickup & meet-and-greet
Where exactly the chauffeur stands, what happens if the flight is late, how the luggage gets from the carousel to the boot, and what the pickup costs — the arrival, door by door.
Details
Hourly chauffeur
A day with five stops and none of them certain is not five bookings. It is one chauffeur, one car and a clock that starts when you say so. This page explains how an hourly booking works, what it costs relative to a string of transfers, and the days it was built for.
Details
Niagara Falls tours
Ninety minutes from the airport is one of the most photographed places on earth. A private day tour runs on your clock — the Falls, the boat, lunch in Niagara-on-the-Lake, two or three wineries — with the chauffeur handling the parking, the timing and the drive home while you sleep.
Details
Wedding transportation
Weddings need two things a normal booking does not: a vehicle that photographs well, and a plan for the forty guests arriving at Pearson across three days. This page covers both — the stretch for the couple, the Sprinters for the guests, and the written timeline shared with the planner.
Details
Event transportation
The event is the easy part; the drive home through thirty thousand people is not. Pre-arranged pickup at an agreed door, a chauffeur who knows which streets close for the Marathon or the Grand Prix, and no surge pricing when the final whistle goes.
Details
Private chauffeur
A private chauffeur is the step beyond a transfer and beyond an hourly booking: one chauffeur who is yours for the day, the week or the season, who knows your house, your office, your children's schools and your habits, and who drives our car or yours. This page is that service — the executive's daily driver, the family chauffeur, the visiting delegation's week, the seniors' standing car, the multi-day tour — with how it is priced and who is behind the wheel.
Details
Long-distance transfers
A late arrival into YYZ with a meeting in Ottawa or Kingston the next morning does not need a second flight. One chauffeur drives the whole way, the fare is fixed for the distance, and you sleep in the back seat instead of a departure lounge.

Questions, answered
Is the Pearson pickup a rideshare or your own chauffeur?
Our own chauffeur and vehicle, assigned the evening before and named on your confirmation. Ontario and the United States are our own fleet; other provinces and countries are vetted network operators, and the page says which.
How do I know which terminal my flight uses?
Air Canada and Star Alliance use Terminal 1; almost everyone else uses Terminal 3. The terminal finder confirms it from your airline, and the booking works it out from your flight number regardless.
How much is a limo from Pearson Airport?
The reservation engine quotes a fixed fare for your exact address, date and vehicle class before you book. It includes the chauffeur, tolls, airport fees, curbside pickup at the terminal and sixty minutes of waiting on international arrivals (thirty on domestic); GTAA curbside taxis and limos use published zone flat rates, with limos about 10 % above taxi.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at Pearson?
Curbside at the GTAA pre-arranged pickup area by default, with the door and plate sent by text. With the meet-and-greet add-on, inside the terminal with a name board — at Terminal 1 beside the pre-arranged desk near Door A on the arrivals level, at Terminal 3 in the arrivals hall by baggage claim. You never queue at the curbside taxi rank.
What if my flight is late?
Nothing changes for you. The pickup follows the airline's live arrival time and sixty minutes of waiting are included from the moment an international flight lands (thirty for a domestic one).
Do you serve both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3?
Yes. Air Canada and Star Alliance use Terminal 1; WestJet, Porter's Pearson flights, Air Transat, Sunwing and most other international carriers use Terminal 3. We work out the terminal from your flight number.
How far in advance should I book?
The engine takes bookings up to a few hours ahead when cars are available; for an early-morning departure, a holiday weekend or a group vehicle, book as soon as you know the flight.
Do you go outside Toronto and across the border?
Everywhere in Ontario with our own fleet, and across the border to Buffalo, Detroit, New York and anywhere in the United States with passports at the bridge and the toll inside the fare. Other countries are arranged through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network.
Can I book the return trip in the same reservation?
Yes. Add the return leg and both are confirmed together; the departure pickup is planned backwards from your check-in cut-off.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats, installed before pickup if you add them at booking.
Ready when you land.
Fixed fare, flight-tracked, met at the terminal. Reserve in two minutes or call and we will build it with you.
