Pearson Airport Limo
A limousine at Pearson can mean the walk-up line at Door C, a rideshare app, or a chauffeur who was inside the arrivals hall before you cleared customs. This page is about the third kind: what it costs, how it works at both terminals, and how to book it in two minutes.
- Fixed fare
- Flight-tracked
- 60 / 30 min free wait
- Curbside pickup
Every province and territory
Ontario with our own fleet; the other twelve through vetted network operators who meet the flight the same way.
One fleet, every kind of trip
Airport transfers are the core; the same chauffeurs and the same fixed fares cover the hourly day, the corporate account, the wedding and the long drive.

What is a Pearson Airport limo, and which kind are you looking for?
At Toronto Pearson the word "limo" covers three different things: the GTAA-licensed black cars in the walk-up line at the arrivals curb, priced by zone and about 10 % above a taxi; rideshare cars summoned from the app; and a pre-arranged chauffeur booked before you fly, who meets you at the terminal door — or inside the arrivals hall with a name board if you add meet and greet, tracks your flight, waits sixty minutes free and charges a fixed fare that includes tolls and fees. We are the third kind.
The distinction matters because the three are booked differently, priced differently and regulated differently. The Greater Toronto Airports Authority licenses the walk-up taxis and limos at the terminal curbs and sets their flat rates by zone — a fair system for a passenger who has just landed without a plan. It also runs a separate pre-arranged pickup programme with its own registration and fees for chauffeurs meeting booked passengers, which is the programme our chauffeurs operate under. The rideshare apps run on their own terms from designated pickup zones in the garages.

How a pre-arranged Pearson limo works, step by step
- You book online with the pickup, the destination, the date, the flight number and the vehicle class. The reservation engine returns a fixed fare and confirms by email.
- We track the flight. From the moment the aircraft leaves its origin, the pickup follows the airline's live arrival time. Early, late or diverted, the chauffeur's timing moves with it.
- The chauffeur is at the terminal door. At Terminal 1, beside the pre-arranged desk near Door A on the arrivals level; at Terminal 3, in the arrivals hall by baggage claim. A name board, your luggage taken, and a short walk to the vehicle. Sixty minutes of waiting are included from touchdown on international arrivals, thirty on domestic.
- The fare is the fare. No meter, no surge, no tolls or airport fees added at the curb. Gratuity is at your discretion.
- The return is on the same booking if you add it: the departure pickup is planned backwards from the check-in cut-off and the chauffeur drops you at your airline's departures door.
The pickup and meet-and-greet service is described in detail here; the Pearson complete guide shows both meeting points door by door.
Walk-up limo, taxi, rideshare or pre-booked: the honest comparison
| Walk-up airport limo | Walk-up taxi | Rideshare | Pre-booked chauffeur (this service) | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Where you find it | Limo line, arrivals curb (T1 Door C, T3 Door E area) | Taxi line, arrivals curb | Numbered zones at the terminal doors, bay assigned in the app | Inside the arrivals hall, name board |
| Price | GTAA zone flat rate, ~10 % above taxi | GTAA zone flat rate | Dynamic; surges on arrival waves and in snow | Fixed fare by exact address, fixed before you fly |
| Waits for a late flight | No — you find it when you land | No | No | Yes — pickup follows the aircraft; 60 min free (intl) / 30 min (domestic) |
| Luggage | Driver assists at the curb | Driver assists | You load it | Chauffeur carries from the hall |
| Six passengers with bags | Rarely available | No | XL if one is nearby | Luxury SUV or Sprinter, guaranteed |
| Corporate invoicing | Receipt only | Receipt only | App receipt | Monthly invoice with traveller, flight, cost centre |
| Outside the GTA | Zone rates end at the outer suburbs | Same | Long trips often declined | Every Ontario address and cross-border |
None of the walk-up options is wrong. They are simply built for the passenger who did not book, and priced for the trip that ends inside the zone map. The pre-booked chauffeur is built for the passenger who did — and the difference is felt most at midnight in February with a family, or at 5 pm on a weekday when the meter would have been running on the 427.
The fleet behind the word "limo"
Nobody at Pearson actually wants a stretch limousine for an airport run — the boot is small and the doors are awkward with a trolley. What "limo" means in practice is a chauffeured black car of the right size, and the fleet has six of them:
- Executive Sedan — three passengers, two large bags plus two carry-ons. The everyday airport car and the class the engine offers first.
- Premium Sedan — the long-wheelbase flagship for executives and guests you want to impress; the quietest cabin on the 401.
- Luxury SUV — six passengers, five large bags, a child seat installed before pickup. The family and the ski-trip vehicle.
- Executive Sprinter — fourteen passengers with luggage. Crews, wedding parties, delegations.
- Stretch Limousine — eight passengers for the occasion, not the luggage. Weddings, proms, the arrival that is meant to be seen.
- Mini Coach — up to thirty-two, for conference shuttles and tour groups.
Makes are quoted as "or similar" because the car assigned is whichever of that class is nearest your pickup at the hour. The engine only offers classes that fit the passenger and bag count you enter, so a chauffeur never arrives in a car that cannot take the luggage.

Who books a Pearson limo, and why
Business travellers book it because a fixed fare on a corporate invoice is easier to expense than a taxi receipt, because the chauffeur is a known name in a known car rather than whoever is next in line, and because the corporate account remembers that the CFO prefers the Premium Sedan. Families book it for the SUV, the child seat and the certainty that someone is inside the hall when the flight from Cancun lands two hours late. Visitors from abroad book it because the arrivals hall at a strange airport at night is the moment a name board matters most. Groups — wedding parties, sports teams, delegations — book it because one Sprinter is simpler than four taxis and everyone arrives together. And residents of Kitchener, Barrie, London and Durham book it because a two-hour drive after a red-eye is the part of the trip nobody enjoys, and the route pages explain each of those journeys.
Pearson limo prices: why we do not publish a rate card
Every other page in this search result has a rate card, and every one of them has a footnote. Zone rates round your address to the company's advantage; "from" prices apply to the smallest car at the quietest hour; tolls, airport fees, waiting time and gratuity appear at the curb. We route every quote through the reservation engine instead, which prices the exact address, the exact vehicle class and the exact date, and shows the figure before you enter a card number. The figure includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, tolls, airport fees, curbside pickup and sixty minutes of waiting on international arrivals (thirty on domestic). It does not change when the flight is late, the Gardiner is closed or it snows. The flat-rate page works through what "fixed" actually means, and compares it with the GTAA's published curbside rates and a metered alternative on a real route.
Both terminals, every airline
Air Canada and its Star Alliance partners use Terminal 1, which also houses US pre-clearance at its north end. WestJet, Porter's Pearson flights, Air Transat, Sunwing and most other international airlines use Terminal 3. The chauffeur's meeting point differs by terminal, so the booking asks for the flight number rather than the terminal and we work it out from the airline's own data; the terminal finder confirms it in a second. If you are connecting between the terminals, the free Terminal Link train runs around the clock — but if you are connecting to Billy Bishop across the city, that is a transfer we run.
Departures: the limo to Pearson
The other half of every airport limo booking is the ride to the terminal, and it is the half most people time wrong. The check-in cut-off is the fixed point — three hours before an international departure, two before domestic or US pre-clearance — and the pickup is planned backwards from it with the drive time for that hour and a margin. The chauffeur is at the door five minutes early and drops you at the departures door of the right terminal, not the general curb. The departure service has its own page, and adding the return when you book the arrival puts both legs on one confirmation.
Beyond the GTA
The zone maps of the walk-up services end at the outer suburbs. Ours does not. Every address in Ontario is quoted by the engine — Niagara Falls, Kitchener-Waterloo, Barrie, Hamilton, London, Muskoka, Oshawa and the 57 cities on the Ontario list — and so is the United States, from Buffalo and Detroit to New York, on the cross-border page. The chauffeur watches the Ontario 511 boards and uses the 407 when it is faster, with the toll inside your fare.

What the confirmation contains, and how to change it
Every booking returns an email with the pickup, the destination, the time, the flight number we are tracking, the vehicle class and the fare; on the day it is followed by the chauffeur's name and the vehicle plate — the duty-of-care record a corporate travel policy asks for. Changes are a reply to that email or a call to the number on it, at any hour. Flight-number changes are free; address and class changes are re-quoted by the engine; a cancelled flight moves the pickup with one message.
Standards you cannot check from the back seat
Every chauffeur holds the commercial licence and the airport authority's pre-arranged registration; every vehicle carries commercial insurance, passes the inspection cycle Ontario requires of livery vehicles, and runs winter tyres from November. We are members of LimousineWorldwide.Directory and LimousineAssociation.International, whose standards on licensing, insurance and chauffeur conduct we publish on the network page. We do not invent reviews, and we do not claim vehicles we cannot supply.
Pearson airport limo: questions answered
How much does a limo cost from Pearson Airport?
The reservation engine quotes a fixed fare for your exact address, date and vehicle class before you book; it includes the chauffeur, tolls, airport fees, curbside pickup at the terminal and sixty minutes of waiting on international arrivals (thirty on domestic). For comparison, GTAA-licensed walk-up limos at the curb charge published zone flat rates about 10 % above the taxi rate.
Where do I find my limo at Pearson Airport?
With the meet-and-greet add-on, the chauffeur waits inside the terminal: at Terminal 1 beside the pre-arranged desk near Door A on the arrivals level, at Terminal 3 in the arrivals hall by baggage claim, holding a board with your name. Walk-up limos are in the curbside line outside.
Is a pre-booked limo better than a taxi from Pearson?
For a passenger who lands without a plan and is going inside the GTA zone map, the curbside taxi is fine. A pre-booked chauffeur waits for a late flight at no cost, meets you inside, carries the luggage, seats six with bags, quotes a fixed fare to any Ontario or US address and invoices a corporate account.
What if my flight into Pearson is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. The pickup follows the airline's live arrival time and sixty minutes of waiting are included from the moment an international flight lands (thirty for a domestic one). If the flight is cancelled and rebooked, one message moves the pickup.
Do you have SUVs and vans as well as sedans?
Yes — executive and premium sedans, a six-seat Luxury SUV, a fourteen-seat Executive Sprinter, a stretch limousine and a mini coach. The engine only offers classes that fit the passengers and bags you enter.
Can I book a Pearson limo for a 4 am departure?
Yes. The service runs 24 hours; the pickup time is planned backwards from your airline's check-in cut-off and confirmed in writing, and the chauffeur is at the door early.
Do you serve both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3?
Yes. Air Canada and Star Alliance use Terminal 1; WestJet, Porter's Pearson flights, Air Transat, Sunwing and most other international carriers use Terminal 3. We work out the terminal from your flight number.
Do you go outside Toronto?
Everywhere in Ontario with our own fleet, and across the border to the United States. Every address is quoted by the engine, and the route pages cover the journeys people ask about most.
Is this an airport limo Toronto travellers can book for any address in the city?
Yes. PearsonAirportTransfer.com is a pre-arranged airport limo service for Toronto and all of Ontario: any Toronto address to or from Pearson, 24 hours a day. The reservation engine quotes a fixed fare for your exact address, date and vehicle before you book, with tolls, airport fees and the included waiting time inside it.
What is the difference between a Toronto airport limo at the curb and one booked ahead?
The Toronto airport limo in the walk-up line is the next car in the queue at the GTAA's published zone rate. A pre-booked car is assigned to your flight: it follows the live arrival time, the vehicle is the size you chose, and with meet-and-greet the chauffeur is inside the terminal with a name board.
Do you offer an airport limousine Toronto companies can put on account?
Yes. Airport limousine service for Toronto businesses runs on a corporate account with one monthly invoice, named travellers and the same fixed-fare quoting; the corporate page explains how it is set up.
Is there a YYZ airport limo for both terminals?
Yes - a YYZ airport limo meets flights at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. We work out the terminal from the flight number; the YYZ airport limousine picks up at the pre-arranged curb outside arrivals, or with meet-and-greet the chauffeur waits inside - near Door A at Terminal 1, by baggage claim at Terminal 3.
What does the airport limo service include?
The airport limo service includes the chauffeur, tolls, airport fees, flight tracking, curbside pickup and sixty minutes of waiting on international arrivals (thirty on domestic). Meet-and-greet inside the hall is an add-on chosen at booking.
I searched for an airport limo near me - how far out do you pick up?
Anywhere in Ontario. Whether the airport limo near me search was made in Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, Barrie, Kitchener or Niagara, the engine quotes the address and the car comes to the door; cross-border addresses in the United States are quoted the same way.
Where does an airport limo Pearson pickup happen?
A pre-arranged airport limo Pearson pickup uses the pre-arranged pickup curb outside each arrivals hall rather than the walk-up taxi line, which is why the booking asks for the flight number. Toronto Pearson airport limo pickups work the same way at both terminals.
