Pearson Airport to Ontario's Hotel Chains
Every major hotel door in Ontario has a fixed fare from the Pearson curb. These pages are organised the way loyalty members book — by chain — with the drive to each property, the entrance the chauffeur uses and where the hotel's own shuttle is honestly the better choice.

One fare rule for every hotel in Ontario
The fare from Pearson to a hotel is set by the hotel's address and the vehicle class, never by the brand or the star rating. A Marriott and a Hilton a block apart on Front Street price the same; the airport-strip hotels on Dixon Road price lower than the core; Niagara, Muskoka, Kingston and Ottawa hotels price as long-distance transfers. The reservation engine shows the figure for the exact door before you enter a card, and it includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, tolls, taxes, curbside pickup at Pearson's pre-arranged area and sixty minutes of waiting on international arrivals (thirty on domestic). Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall with a name board is the one paid add-on.
Why the pages are by chain
Loyalty members think in chains: a Bonvoy traveller knows which Sheraton is inside Terminal 3 and which Westin is on the waterfront, and books both on the same trip. Each chain page lists the Ontario properties we drive to most, the door the chauffeur uses, the honest drive time from the arrivals curb, and where the hotel's own shuttle or the UP Express is the better answer. The airport-strip hotels route covers the Dixon Road shuttles in detail; the Pearson complete guide covers the arrival itself.
Resorts, casinos and the on-airport hotels
The resort pages cover the drives that are not a city transfer at all: Great Wolf Lodge at the Niagara end of the QEW with child seats fitted, Deerhurst and the Lake Rosseau hotels two to three hours north on Highway 11, White Oaks and the Vintage Hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake for the Shaw and the wineries, and the Fallsview casino towers for the concert weekends. The on-airport page is the honest one: the Sheraton Gateway is inside Terminal 3 and the Alt is on the Terminal Link, so the car is for the trip beyond the airport, not for the hotel. Any hotel not listed is still a fixed-fare address in the engine today.

Six things a rideshare, a taxi or a walk-up limo cannot promise
The honest comparison — including when Uber is the right choice — is on the airport comparison and the Toronto-wide comparison.
Fixed before you fly
The fare is set by address and vehicle class when you book — no surge on the arrival wave, no meter on the detour, no gratuity added.
The flight is tracked
A delay moves the pickup instead of costing the car; 60 minutes of waiting are included on international arrivals, 30 on domestic.
Met at the door, not a bay
Pre-arranged pickup at the arrivals door is included; a name board inside the hall is the add-on. No ride-share zone, no taxi queue.
The vehicle you chose
Sedan, premium sedan, SUV, Sprinter, stretch or coach — sized to the passengers and the bags, with child seats fitted at no charge.
Anywhere in Ontario, and across the border
Two-to-four-hour fixed fares with the stops included, Buffalo and Detroit on the cross-border service, and a chauffeur who knows the last road.
One invoice for the company
Corporate accounts with standing profiles, monthly invoicing and a name board for every visiting client.
Questions, answered
Is the fare different for a five-star hotel?
No. Fares are set by the address and the vehicle class, not by the hotel's brand or rating. Two hotels a block apart price the same.
Can I book the return from the hotel at the same time?
Yes — add the return leg with your outbound flight number and the pickup is timed to the check-in cut-off at the correct terminal.
Is meet and greet included on hotel transfers?
Curbside pickup at Pearson's pre-arranged area is included in every fare. Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall with a name board is a paid add-on.
My hotel is not listed yet — can I still book?
Yes. Every hotel in Ontario is a fixed-fare address in the reservation engine today; the chain pages are guides, not a limit on where we go.
