Which Hilton hotels are on the Pearson transfer map?
All of Hilton's Ontario properties, across every brand: the Hilton Toronto Airport and Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West beside the terminals, Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto Airport, the Hilton Toronto and DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown in the core, the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale and Hilton Garden Inn Mississauga in the west, the Hilton Markham Suites in the north-east, the Homewood Suites and Hampton hotels across the GTA, and the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview and DoubleTree Fallsview in Niagara. Type the hotel as the drop-off and the reservation engine fixes the fare for that door.
Hilton hotels are where a lot of Pearson's business traffic sleeps. The airport-strip Hiltons take the early-morning departures and the one-night layovers; the Hilton Toronto on Richmond takes the financial-district visitor; Meadowvale takes the pharmaceutical and technology companies of Mississauga's west end; and the Fallsview takes everyone who wants to wake up to the Falls. Each has a different drive from the arrivals curb, and the chauffeur knows all of them.

The airport Hiltons: five minutes, and why a chauffeur still makes sense
The Hilton Toronto Airport on Airport Road is the closest full-service hotel to the terminals that is not physically attached to one; the drive from Terminal 1 or 3 is five to eight minutes, and the hotel runs a shuttle. The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West and Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto Airport are a few minutes further along Dixon Road and Carlingview, on the same shuttle logic. Guests book a chauffeur for the situations the shuttle does not cover — a family with a stroller and five bags, a 1 am arrival when the loop has thinned, a guest with reduced mobility who would rather not stand at a shuttle stop, or a business traveller whose evening is downtown and not at the hotel. The airport-strip hotels route explains how the shuttle stops at each terminal work and when they stop running.
| Hotel | Where | From Pearson | The door |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hilton Toronto Airport | Airport Road, Mississauga | 5–8 min | Porte-cochère off Airport Road; conference centre attached |
| Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West | Dixon Road / Carlingview | 8–12 min | Front drive; shuttle loop |
| Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto Airport | Dixon Road | 8–12 min | Front drive |
| Homewood Suites Toronto Airport / Vaughan / Mississauga | Various | 10–30 min | Extended-stay guests on weekly bookings |
Downtown: the Hilton Toronto and the DoubleTree
The Hilton Toronto stands on Richmond Street West at University Avenue, a block from Osgoode Hall and the courts, two from the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, and a short walk from the financial towers. The drop-off is on Richmond, a one-way eastbound street, so the chauffeur approaches from University and stops at the door rather than circling; the drive from Pearson is thirty minutes off-peak via the 427 and the Gardiner, then up York or University. The DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown is on Chestnut Street behind City Hall, beside the hospital district on University Avenue — the reason many of its guests are in town — and the chauffeur drops at the Chestnut Street door. The downtown route page sets the chauffeur beside the UP Express and the taxi line; for a Richmond Street hotel the train leaves you at Union with a twelve-minute walk or a second taxi, which is the whole argument.
Mississauga and Markham: the corporate Hiltons
The Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale on Mississauga Road at the 401 is the hotel for the pharmaceutical head offices and the technology campuses of the west end — twenty minutes from Pearson west along the 401, longer at 5 pm. The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Mississauga near Square One is the Mississauga city-centre door; the Mississauga hotels route covers it. In the north-east, the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites & Conference Centre on Warden Avenue serves the Highway 404 corridor; from Pearson the chauffeur uses the 407 — the toll calculator shows what it saves — and the run is forty to fifty minutes. All three appear regularly on corporate accounts where the traveller lands, meets at the hotel and flies out the next evening.

Niagara: the Hilton Fallsview and the DoubleTree
The Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites is the tall one — the towers above the Fallsview Casino with rooms facing the Horseshoe Falls — and its drop-off is on Fallsview Boulevard, a loop the chauffeur knows in the dark. The DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa is on Stanley Avenue, quieter and closer to the Parkway. From Pearson the drive is the QEW, ninety minutes when it flows and more on a summer Saturday; the Niagara route page has the timing hour by hour and the private Niagara tour is the day out once you are there. Hilton Honors members who split a trip between the Fallsview and the Hilton Toronto book both transfers and the drive between them on one account.
Booking a Hilton transfer
Enter the hotel as the drop-off address with the flight number, date and vehicle class; the fare is fixed for that door before you pay. Curbside pickup at Pearson's pre-arranged area is included; meet and greet inside the hall is a paid add-on. Sixty minutes of waiting on international arrivals and thirty on domestic are in every fare, and the return to the right terminal is added on the same booking through the departures page.
When the hotel's shuttle is the better answer
We say it plainly: for a solo traveller with hand luggage landing at 2 pm and staying at the Hilton Toronto Airport, the free shuttle is fine. The chauffeur is for the arrivals the shuttle was never designed for — late, large, tired, or continuing somewhere the shuttle does not go.
Early departures from the airport Hiltons
The reason the Hilton Toronto Airport and its neighbours exist is the 6 am flight. A guest who checks in at 9 pm the night before, sleeps, and needs to be at Terminal 1 by 4.15 am has a five-minute drive that the shuttle covers if it is running — and at that hour it often is not on a fixed schedule. A chauffeur booked for 4.10 am is at the hotel door at 4.05, loads the bags and drops at the correct departures door; the terminal finder settles which terminal, and the departures page explains the check-in cut-offs the pickup is timed around. The same applies in reverse for a late arrival: a 1 am landing at Terminal 3 with a room at the Hilton Garden Inn is a ten-minute chauffeured drive rather than a wait at a shuttle stop in February.
Hilton Honors and the corporate rhythm
Hilton's Ontario hotels are heavily corporate, and the transfers follow the corporate week. A consultant lands at Pearson on Monday morning, is taken to the Hilton Meadowvale for three nights of client work in Mississauga's west end, moves to the Hilton Toronto on Thursday for a partner meeting downtown, and flies out of Terminal 1 on Friday afternoon. On a corporate account that is four legs on one invoice — arrival, hotel-to-hotel, departure, and a Wednesday evening car to a dinner on King Street — with the traveller's name and cost centre on each line and the assistant booking under their own reference. Hilton Honors members travelling privately get the same continuity from one booking.
Winter at the Fallsview
The Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview is busiest in summer, but the January guest sees something better: the Falls half-frozen and illuminated, the mist turned to ice on the railings, and the Winter Festival of Lights along the Parkway. The QEW in January is the consideration. Our vehicles run winter tyres from November to April, the chauffeur watches Ontario 511 for the Burlington Skyway and the Niagara stretch, and a run that cannot be made safely is rescheduled at no charge. Guests who land at Pearson at noon and want to be at the Fallsview by dinner usually are; guests who land at 10 pm in a snowstorm are told the honest ETA before the car leaves the curb. The private Niagara tour picks up the next morning for the Falls, the wineries and the drive home.
Groups, crews and the Hilton conference centres
The Hilton Toronto Airport and the Markham Suites both have conference centres, and both take group arrivals: a training cohort of twenty landing on three flights, an airline crew on a layover, a sports team with equipment. The group shuttle puts the arrivals on a manifest, meets each flight, and moves the group in Executive Sprinters or a mini coach so that nobody waits at the curb for the last passenger; the organiser gets one confirmation and one invoice. Airline crews on standing contracts are timed to the duty period rather than the clock.
Booking through Hilton or booking direct
Hilton hotels will arrange an airport car through the concierge, and for a guest who did not think about it before flying that is a fair service. Booking direct with us before you fly changes three things: the fare is on your confirmation before the aircraft leaves, the pickup is tracked against the airline's live data rather than waiting for a call from the hall, and the same booking can carry the return and the mid-week moves. For Hilton Honors members it also means one account across the Airport, the Toronto, Meadowvale and the Fallsview rather than four concierge desks. The UP Express remains the honest alternative for a solo traveller to the Hilton Toronto with a carry-on and a tolerance for the walk from Union.
From the hotel: attractions, stations and the working day
Attractions. The Hilton Toronto is a five-minute walk from the Four Seasons Centre and Nathan Phillips Square, ten from the Eaton Centre and the Hockey Hall of Fame, and a short drive from the Art Gallery of Ontario, the ROM and the waterfront. The DoubleTree Downtown is beside the hospital district but also five minutes from Chinatown, Kensington Market and the AGO. From the airport-strip Hiltons, Canada's Wonderland is twenty-five minutes north, Woodbine racetrack ten, and the Toronto Zoo forty-five minutes east across the top of the city. The Hilton Fallsview has the Falls beneath its windows; Clifton Hill and the casino are at the door, and Niagara-on-the-Lake is twenty-five minutes down the Parkway.
Stations and the other airports. Union Station is a ten-minute drive from the Hilton Toronto (twenty on foot) for VIA departures to Ottawa and Montréal and the UP Express to Pearson; the chauffeur drops at the Front Street doors. Billy Bishop is fifteen minutes from either downtown Hilton for Porter flights. From the Meadowvale and Markham hotels, the nearest GO stations — Meadowvale and Unionville — are ten minutes, and Hamilton airport is forty-five minutes from Meadowvale.
City tours. A chauffeured half-day from the Hilton Toronto covers the waterfront, the Distillery District, Yorkville and Casa Loma with the car at every stop; a full day adds the Beaches or a run out to the Scarborough Bluffs. From the Fallsview, the private Niagara tour is the day — the Parkway, the wineries, the boat — with the chauffeur handling the parking.
Company meetings. Hilton's corporate guests are the reason the hourly chauffeur exists: the Meadowvale guest with three site visits across Mississauga and Oakville, the Markham guest with meetings along the 404 corridor, the Hilton Toronto guest with a Bay Street morning and a King West dinner. One car, one chauffeur, the bags in the boot, and the invoice on the corporate account.
Hilton hotels: questions answered
How far is the Hilton Toronto Airport from the terminals?
Five to eight minutes by car from either terminal — it is on Airport Road just outside the airport ring. The hotel runs a shuttle; a chauffeur is booked for late arrivals, families with luggage, or a guest continuing downtown.
How long is Pearson to the Hilton Toronto on Richmond Street?
About thirty minutes off-peak via the 427, the Gardiner and University Avenue; forty-five to fifty in the evening rush. The UP Express leaves you at Union Station with a twelve-minute walk, which is why most guests with luggage book the car.
Can you take us from Pearson to the Hilton Fallsview in Niagara?
Yes — about ninety minutes on the QEW, priced as a fixed fare with the drop-off on Fallsview Boulevard. Summer Saturdays and holiday Mondays run longer; the chauffeur follows the live highway feed.
Is the DoubleTree Downtown near the hospitals?
Yes. It is on Chestnut Street beside University Avenue's hospital district, which is why many of its guests are in town. The accessible and family transfers page covers pickups for patients and companions.
Do you serve the Hilton Meadowvale and the Markham Suites for corporate travel?
Yes, and both are common on corporate accounts: Meadowvale is twenty minutes west along the 401, Markham forty to fifty minutes via the 407 with the toll inside the fare.
Is the fare fixed if the Gardiner is closed?
Yes. The fare is fixed by address and vehicle class before you fly; a closure changes the chauffeur's route, not your price.
Can I add the hotel-to-airport return when I book?
Yes. Add the return leg with the outbound flight number and it is timed to the check-in cut-off at the correct terminal.
Is curbside pickup included for hotel transfers?
Yes — curbside pickup at the pre-arranged area is part of every fare. Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall with a name board is a paid add-on.
Can you collect me from the Hilton Toronto Airport at 4 am for a 6 am flight?
Yes. Early-morning pickups from the airport-strip hotels are routine; the chauffeur is at the door five minutes early and drops at the correct departures door for your airline.
Do you carry airline crews to the airport Hiltons?
Yes, on standing contracts timed to the duty period rather than the clock, invoiced monthly to the airline or the crew-transport contractor.
Is there a charge if my international arrival takes ninety minutes to clear customs?
Sixty minutes are included on international arrivals; if the queue runs past that, we tell you before any waiting charge applies, and a wheelchair-assist queue is not charged.
Can you take me from the Hilton Toronto to Billy Bishop for a Porter flight?
Yes — about fifteen minutes to the mainland pavilion at the foot of Bathurst Street, timed to Porter's check-in cut-off.
Is a chauffeured city tour available from the Hilton Fallsview?
Yes — the private Niagara tour starts at the hotel door: the Parkway, Niagara-on-the-Lake and the wineries, with the chauffeur handling parking and timing.
