Wedding Limousine & Guest Transportation in Toronto

Weddings need two things a normal booking does not: a vehicle that photographs well, and a plan for the forty guests arriving at Pearson across three days. This page covers both — the stretch for the couple, the Sprinters for the guests, and the written timeline shared with the planner.

What does wedding limo service in Toronto include?

A wedding booking covers the couple's car (usually a stretch limousine or a luxury SUV), the wedding party's vehicles, and the guest transport between hotel, ceremony and reception — priced as a block of hours per vehicle, with a written timeline agreed with you or your planner. For weddings with family flying in, the same booking covers the airport pickups at Pearson across the days before, each guest met at the terminal with a name board.

Most wedding transport goes wrong in the same three places: a limousine that is late because it was booked with another wedding that morning, guests who cannot find the shuttle at the hotel, and the aunt who landed at Terminal 3 and is standing at the wrong door. We book each vehicle for the whole block so it is never squeezed between two events, we give the guest shuttle a named pickup point and a printed card, and we meet every arriving guest at the terminal — or inside the hall with a name board when the couple adds meet and greet.

The fleet page has photographs of each class. We are honest that the stretch is a specific look — long, low, white or black — and that some couples prefer the SUV; either photographs well outside a church door and both come with a chauffeur in a suit who knows to open the door on the pavement side.

The timeline

A wedding is a timeline before it is anything else, and the transport has to be written into it rather than added afterwards. We build one document with the planner:

  1. Guest arrivals — each flight number, terminal, name and hotel, spread across the days before. Each guest is met at the terminal as on any Pearson pickup, flight-tracked, and taken to the hotel; the couple receives a note when each has arrived.
  2. Morning of — hair and make-up pickups, the groom's party to the venue, the photographer's car between locations.
  3. Ceremony — the couple's car timed to arrive at the door at the agreed minute, with a buffer built in that the chauffeur uses for a lap of the block if the party is early.
  4. Between ceremony and reception — the photo locations (the chauffeur knows where a stretch can actually stop at High Park, the Distillery District, the Brick Works and the Toronto Music Garden), then the reception door.
  5. Guest shuttle loops — hotel to reception and back, on a schedule the guests are told about on the invitation insert, with a last run at a fixed time.
  6. The getaway — the couple's car waiting at the reception door; then, if the honeymoon starts at Pearson the next morning, the departure transfer timed to the check-in cut-off.
  7. Guest departures — the reverse of arrivals, spread across the days after.

The timeline is shared as one page with every vehicle, chauffeur name and phone number on it, and the planner has a single contact who answers on the day.

Guests flying in: the part most wedding transport ignores

A wedding with sixty guests often has fifteen or twenty flying into Pearson from three countries over four days. Left to themselves they take taxis, get lost between Terminals 1 and 3, pay surge prices on a Friday evening and arrive at the hotel frazzled. Booked through the wedding account, each is met at the terminal by a chauffeur holding a card with their name and the couple's names, taken to the hotel with the luggage handled, and the couple knows they have landed. The Pearson complete guide explains both terminals; the guests do not need to read it, because the chauffeur is on the right side of the door.

The terminal finder tells you which terminal each guest's airline uses — useful when the invitation insert says "you will be met at arrivals".

Photographs and the car

Chauffeurs on wedding days know the drill: the car positioned for the exit shot, the door held, the ribbon or the "just married" board if you want them, the champagne — yours or ours, chilled — for the drive between ceremony and reception. The stretch has a partition; the SUV has a quieter cabin. The chauffeur will move the car out of the frame for the outdoor photographs and bring it back when the photographer is done, and will not hurry anyone.

Ontario venues we work weekly

Toronto's hotels and halls, the Distillery District, Casa Loma, the Liberty Grand, the Royal Conservatory, the Old Mill, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and the vineyards and barns of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Prince Edward County, Caledon and Muskoka. A wedding at a Niagara winery with guests staying in Toronto is a shuttle question as much as a limousine one, and the Sprinter and coach runs are planned with the QEW's real timing on a Saturday afternoon in mind.

What it costs, and how it is booked

Wedding vehicles are priced by the hour with a minimum block per vehicle — typically four hours for the couple's car and three for a shuttle run — and quoted in writing after a short conversation about the timeline. Airport guest pickups are priced as ordinary fixed-fare transfers, one per guest or per group sharing a car. There is no "wedding" surcharge; the same rates apply as on any hourly booking. A deposit holds the vehicles; the balance is due a week before. Popular Saturdays from May to October are booked three to six months ahead, and the stretch limousine earliest of all.

Tell us the date, the ceremony and reception addresses, the number of guests and roughly how many are flying in, and we will return a plan and a price.

The couple's car: stretch or SUV?

The stretch limousine is the tradition and it still does the job it was built for: the long white or black car at the church door, the partition up, the pair of you alone for the first twenty minutes as a married couple. It seats eight, which makes it the bridal-party car as well, and it has the bar and the lighting for the drive to the reception. Its limitations are honest ones — the doors are low, the boot is small, and it is not the car for a gravel lane to a barn venue in Caledon. The luxury SUV is the modern alternative: high, easy to climb into in a full dress, a boot that swallows the dress bag and the bouquet box, and a quiet cabin. It photographs cleanly outside a glass-walled venue in a way the stretch sometimes does not. Couples increasingly book the SUV for the couple and the stretch for the party, and get both looks in the album.

Guests who are not used to Toronto

Out-of-town guests are the ones who get lost. The invitation insert should say, in one line, that they will be met at arrivals and that transport between the hotel and the venue is arranged; the rest we handle. Each arriving guest gets a message the day before with the chauffeur's name and number; a guest whose flight is delayed is met when it lands, not when it was due, because every pickup is flight-tracked. Guests from the United States driving up rather than flying can be met at the border or collected in Buffalo through the cross-border service. Elderly relatives who need more time or a hand with a walker are noted on the manifest and given the sedan and a chauffeur who will not hurry them; the accessible travel page explains what that looks like. Ontario's child car seat rules apply to guests' children in our cars as in anyone's, and seats are fitted before pickup when we know the ages.

The rehearsal dinner, the morning after

Wedding transport is rarely one day. The rehearsal dinner the night before, the guests' shuttle to a brunch the morning after, the couple's departure for the airport, the family's return flights over the following days: each is a line on the same timeline and the same invoice. Planners like this because there is one number to call; couples like it because nobody is asking them, on the morning of the wedding, how their uncle is getting to the church.

Weather

An Ontario wedding can be forty degrees in July or a blizzard in February. The vehicles are climate-controlled and the chauffeur has umbrellas at the door; a winter wedding gets a vehicle on proper winter tyres and a chauffeur watching the highway feed for the guest shuttle runs. If the ceremony moves indoors or the photographs move to a different location because of rain, the timeline changes and the chauffeur changes with it; nobody is re-quoted for weather.

FAQ

Wedding transportation: questions answered

How far ahead should we book a wedding limo in Toronto?

Three to six months for a Saturday between May and October; the stretch limousine books earliest. Weekday and winter weddings can usually be arranged with a few weeks' notice.

Is there a minimum booking for the couple's car?

Yes, typically four hours for the stretch or the SUV, which covers the ceremony, the photographs and the reception arrival. Shuttle vehicles have a three-hour minimum per run.

Can you pick up our guests at Pearson as part of the wedding booking?

Yes — that is the part we think matters most. Each guest is met at the terminal with a card showing their name and yours, flight-tracked, and taken to the hotel. You get a note when each one lands.

Do you provide a guest shuttle between the hotel and the venue?

Yes. An Executive Sprinter or a mini coach runs a loop on a schedule printed on your invitation insert, with a named pickup point at the hotel and a fixed last run.

Can we decorate the car?

Ribbons, a board and flowers are welcome; the chauffeur will help fit them. Anything adhesive on the paintwork is the only thing we ask you to avoid.

Is champagne allowed in the limousine?

Yes, in the stretch and the SUV, chilled, yours or ours. Ontario law applies to the passengers as it would anywhere else; the chauffeur, of course, does not drink.

What if the ceremony runs late?

The car is booked for the block, not the minute, and the chauffeur waits. If the whole day runs past the hours booked, the extra time is added at the hourly rate, which is on your written quote.

Do you cover weddings outside Toronto?

Yes — Niagara-on-the-Lake, Prince Edward County, Caledon, Muskoka, Hamilton and Kitchener-Waterloo are all regular. Distance is priced into the block; there is no separate travel fee.

Do you need to see the venue beforehand?

Not usually; we have worked most GTA and Niagara venues. For a private property or a barn on a rural lane we ask for the address and check the access — a stretch cannot turn on a gravel track, and it is better to know that in July than on the day.

Can the same chauffeur do the rehearsal dinner and the wedding?

Yes, and we recommend it. The chauffeur who drove the party to the rehearsal knows the faces, the venue doors and the timings by the wedding day, and the couple has one number in their phone for both.

What happens if a guest's flight is cancelled?

The pickup moves with the rebooked flight at no charge. Every airport pickup is tracked against the airline's live data, and the wedding contact is told of any change so the seating plan can follow.
