Pearson Airport to the Fallsview Casino Hotels
The Fallsview district is a cluster of towers on the ridge above the Horseshoe Falls: a casino with a 1,500-seat theatre, and around it the Hilton, the Sheraton, the Marriott and the Embassy Suites with the Falls in their windows. This page is the transfer from Pearson to any of them, and the evening the chauffeur runs from there.

How do I get from Pearson to the Fallsview casino hotels?
By chauffeur it is about ninety minutes — the 427, the QEW around the lake and over the Skyway, then Highway 420 into Niagara Falls and up Stanley Avenue to Fallsview Boulevard — as a fixed fare by vehicle class set before you fly, with curbside pickup at Pearson included, meet and greet inside the terminal as a paid add-on, and sixty minutes of waiting on international arrivals (thirty on domestic). The chauffeur knows each tower's drop-off loop, which on a Saturday night is worth more than the drive. The reservation engine shows the fare for your hotel before you pay.
The district exists because of the Fallsview Casino Resort — the casino floor, the OLG Stage theatre, the restaurants — and its guests are a particular kind of Pearson arrival: couples from Vancouver, Montréal and the northern states for a concert weekend, groups of friends for a birthday, conference delegates at the Scotiabank Convention Centre across the road, and the coach parties that a chauffeur is the private alternative to. The Pearson-to-Niagara route page covers the QEW; this page is the hotels and the evenings.

The hotels, and the loops the chauffeur uses
| Hotel | Where | The door |
|---|---|---|
| Fallsview Casino Resort hotel | Fallsview Boulevard, in the casino complex | The resort's own porte-cochère off Fallsview Boulevard |
| Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview | Fallsview Boulevard, joined to the casino by skywalk | The tower's drop-off loop; the tallest of the group |
| Sheraton Fallsview | Fallsview Boulevard | Front loop; the Marriott page covers it too |
| Marriott Fallsview & Spa | Fallsview Boulevard at Murray Street | Front loop above the Horseshoe Falls |
| Embassy Suites by Hilton Fallsview | Fallsview Boulevard | Front drive; suites facing the Falls |
| Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-Fallsview | Falls Avenue, beside Casino Niagara | The historic hotel; walkway to Casino Niagara |
| Clifton Hill hotels | Victoria Avenue and the Hill | Side-street drop-offs; the chauffeur confirms the door |
Fallsview Boulevard is a one-way loop on Saturday nights with coaches, taxis and hotel shuttles competing for the curbs; the chauffeur enters from Stanley Avenue at Murray Street or from Portage Road depending on the hotel, and stops at the door rather than in the queue. The Niagara Parks attractions — Table Rock, the Journey Behind the Falls — are a ten-minute walk down the hill from every tower.
The show, the floor and the evening
The OLG Stage at Fallsview hosts touring artists most weekends; the casino's own theatre and the Avalon Ballroom the rest. A couple flying in for a Saturday concert books the transfer from Pearson on the Friday, the chauffeur for the Saturday evening — dinner at a Fallsview restaurant, the show, and back to the hotel or to Clifton Hill afterwards — as an hourly block, and the return to Pearson on the Sunday timed to the flight. The event transportation page explains the pickup at an agreed door after a show; at Fallsview the chauffeur waits on Murray Street and is at the theatre door two minutes after your text.
From the hotels: the Falls, the wineries and the day
Attractions. The Falls are beneath the windows: Table Rock, the Journey Behind the Falls, the Niagara Parks Power Station and its tunnel, the boat in season, the illumination every night and the summer fireworks. Clifton Hill's arcades and Ferris wheel are five minutes; the Whirlpool Aero Car and the Butterfly Conservatory ten along the Parkway; the Skylon Tower and the Fallsview waterpark are in the district. The private Niagara tour — the Parkway, Niagara-on-the-Lake, three wineries — starts at the hotel door at ten and is back for dinner.
Stations and the other airports. Niagara Falls' VIA and GO station is ten minutes north for the train to Toronto; Buffalo airport is forty minutes across the Rainbow or Peace Bridge for a US fare, a cross-border transfer with passports for everyone; the Niagara Falls airport on the Ontario side takes charter and private aircraft; Hamilton airport is fifty minutes back up the QEW.
Conferences. The Scotiabank Convention Centre on Stanley Avenue brings delegations that land at Pearson in waves; the group shuttle moves them in Sprinters and mini coaches on one manifest, and the corporate account invoices the organiser once.

Groups, birthdays and the Sprinter
A group of eight friends for a casino weekend is the Executive Sprinter's natural booking: one vehicle from the Pearson curb, everyone facing each other, the luggage behind, one fare for the vehicle rather than eight seats, and the same Sprinter for the Saturday evening between the restaurants, the show and the Hill. The fleet page has the class; the stretch limousine is available for the birthday that wants it.
Booking the transfer
Enter the hotel as the drop-off with the flight number, the date and the vehicle class; the fare is fixed for that door and shown before you pay. The return to the right terminal — the finder settles which — goes on the same booking through the departures page. Winter tyres from November to April and the chauffeur's 511 check before the Skyway are standard.
The Fallsview Casino Resort's own hotel
The casino's own hotel rises from the complex on Fallsview Boulevard, with its rooms above the gaming floor, the OLG Stage and the Galleria of shops and restaurants — the address for guests who want to walk from the show to the room in a minute. Its porte-cochère is off the boulevard within the resort's own drive, separate from the public drop-off, and the chauffeur enters it from Murray Street. The resort's guests are the concert weekends, the high-rollers on the casino's own programmes, and the couples on a two-night package; many arrive at Pearson from Vancouver, Montréal and Halifax on Friday-evening flights and leave on Sunday afternoon, which is the booking pattern we see most: arrival Friday, an hourly car Saturday evening, departure Sunday, on one confirmation.
Casino Niagara and the Clifton Hill end
Casino Niagara on Falls Avenue is the older, smaller casino at the foot of Clifton Hill, connected by walkway to the Crowne Plaza — the historic hotel whose General Brock's dining room looks over the American Falls — and surrounded by the Hill's hotels: the Sheraton on the Falls beside the Hard Rock Café, the Doubletree Fallsview at the top of the Hill, and a dozen mid-range hotels along Victoria Avenue. The Hill is five minutes from the Fallsview towers by car and a fifteen-minute walk down the ridge; on a Saturday night the chauffeur takes the Victoria Avenue approach and stops at the side-street doors, because the Hill itself is a pedestrian river. Clifton Hill publishes its attractions; the chauffeur knows which hotel takes a car where.
Arriving for a concert: timing the Friday drive
The OLG Stage's headline concerts start at 8 pm on Fridays, and guests flying in for one land at Pearson between 3 and 5 pm — the worst hour of the week for the QEW through Mississauga and Oakville. The chauffeur reads the traffic feed before leaving and takes the 407 to the QEW at Burlington when the Gardiner corridor is stalled, which costs toll and saves twenty minutes; guests are at the hotel by 7 with time to change. A ticket bought for a Saturday show gives the whole of Saturday for the Falls and the Hill, which is the schedule we recommend when the flights allow it.
Winter and the Festival of Lights
From November to February the district is lit: the Winter Festival of Lights runs along the Parkway and through Dufferin Islands, the Falls are illuminated in colour, and the casino weekends fill the towers as they do in July. The QEW in January is the consideration — our vehicles run winter tyres, the chauffeur reads Ontario 511 for the Skyway and the Niagara stretch before leaving Pearson, and a drive that cannot be made safely is rescheduled rather than attempted — and the reward is the Falls half-frozen beneath the windows. A chauffeured evening drive through the Festival of Lights with the car warm and the children asleep afterwards is the winter version of the Saturday-night block.
What the fare includes
The Fallsview fare is fixed by vehicle class for the hotel's address and includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls, taxes, curbside pickup at Pearson's pre-arranged area and the included waiting — sixty minutes international, thirty domestic. Meet and greet inside the terminal is the add-on; gratuity is never added; the Saturday-evening block is priced by the hour with the three-hour minimum explained on the hourly page.
Fallsview casino hotels: questions answered
How long is the drive from Pearson to the Fallsview casino hotels?
About ninety minutes on the QEW and Highway 420, seventy-five late at night and two hours on a summer Saturday or holiday Friday. The fare is fixed regardless of the hour.
Where does the chauffeur drop off on Fallsview Boulevard?
At each tower's own loop or porte-cochère, entering from Stanley Avenue at Murray Street or from Portage Road depending on the hotel, rather than joining the coach and taxi queue on the boulevard.
Can the chauffeur wait during a concert at the OLG Stage and collect us afterwards?
Yes — an hourly block covers dinner, the show and the pickup at the theatre door two minutes after your text; the chauffeur waits on Murray Street.
Is the Hilton Fallsview connected to the casino?
Yes — by an indoor skywalk. The Crowne Plaza on Falls Avenue is connected to Casino Niagara by a walkway; the other towers are a few minutes' walk from the Fallsview floor.
Can a group of eight travel from Pearson in one vehicle?
Yes — the Executive Sprinter seats up to fourteen with the luggage behind, at one fare for the vehicle, and the same Sprinter can run the Saturday evening.
Do you drive to Buffalo airport from Fallsview?
Yes — about forty minutes across the Rainbow or Peace Bridge as a cross-border transfer, with passports for everyone and the bridge toll inside the fare.
Can conference delegates at the Scotiabank Convention Centre be moved from Pearson together?
Yes — a manifest across several flights, Sprinters and mini coaches at the curb, and one invoice to the organiser.
Is meet and greet included?
Curbside pickup at Pearson's pre-arranged area is included in every fare. Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall with a name board is a paid add-on.
Can we add a winery day from the hotel?
Yes — the private Niagara tour starts at the Fallsview door: the Parkway, Niagara-on-the-Lake and three wineries, back for dinner.
Is the fare the same to every Fallsview tower?
Yes — the towers share a few hundred metres of Fallsview Boulevard, and fares are fixed by address and vehicle class.
Can you pick up at the casino entrance after the show rather than the hotel?
Yes. The OLG Stage's audience exits onto Fallsview Boulevard, and the chauffeur waits at the resort's covered drive or on Murray Street, whichever the casino's traffic staff are directing that night, with the pickup point texted to you before the curtain comes down. The same applies to Casino Niagara's Falls Avenue entrance.
Do you take bookings for a group split across two hotels?
Yes. A wedding party at the Marriott Fallsview and the Hilton next door, or a group at the Sheraton on the Falls and the Crowne Plaza, is one booking with two drop-offs — the hotels are minutes apart — and the return to Pearson collects from both doors in the order that suits the flights.
Can the chauffeur wait while we check in and then take us on to dinner?
Yes. A Friday arrival often runs straight from check-in to a dinner reservation in the Fallsview towers or on the Parkway, and the chauffeur waits at the porte-cochère while the bags go up. Waiting time beyond the transfer is billed at the hourly rate in fifteen-minute units, and the same car can hold on for the return after dinner.
Is the fare the same to the Fallsview hotels and to the Clifton Hill hotels?
Yes. The Fallsview towers and the Clifton Hill hotels are within the same fare zone for Niagara Falls, so a booking to the Marriott Fallsview, the Sheraton on the Falls or a Victoria Avenue hotel is the same fixed fare by vehicle class.
